Privacy Policy

Updated: Summary

1. What the app collects about you

Nothing. The app has no analytics, no crash reporting, no user accounts, and no server of its own. It does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, or microphone.

2. What is stored on your device

The app saves the following locally, using your device’s own app storage, so the app works the way you left it:

• Your game statistics and high scores.
• Your saved category selections and their names.
• Quiz boards you write, including their categories, questions, answers and point values.
• Your settings, and which questions or categories you have chosen never to see again.
• An in-progress Combat or Quiz Board game, so it can be resumed.

This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app deletes all of it, permanently and irreversibly — there is no backup and no way to restore it.

3. Advertising

The app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Ads are the only part of the app that uses the internet.

Every ad request the app makes is flagged non-personalised. That means Google is asked to serve ads based only on general context, not on any profile of you or your interests, and not on your advertising identifier.

Because the app does not track you, it does not show Apple’s "Allow app to track" prompt, and it does not access your device’s advertising identifier for tracking purposes.

To serve and measure any ad, and to prevent fraud, Google necessarily receives certain technical information such as your IP address, device type, and operating system version. That processing is Google’s, under Google’s own policies, and is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Children

Ad content is limited to a general audience rating. The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from anyone, of any age — because it does not collect anything at all.

5. Your choices

You can clear your statistics at any time from Settings.

You can remove everything the app has stored by deleting the app from your device.

Your device’s system settings also offer advertising controls, including limiting ad tracking, which apply across apps.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes substantively, you will be asked to accept the new version in the app before continuing.
